৫. ক্রেতা এবং বিক্রেতার মধ্যে লেনদেন
- SellerBazar.com ব্যবসার মধ্যে সংযোগ সহজতর করে তবে সাধারণত ক্রেতা এবং বিক্রেতাদের মধ্যে সম্পাদিত প্রকৃত বাণিজ্যিক লেনদেনের সরাসরি অংশীদার নয়।

৬. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)
SellerBazar.com-এর সমস্ত সামগ্রী, ডিজাইন, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, পাঠ্য এবং সফটওয়্যার হলো SellerBazar.com-এর একচ্ছত্র সম্পত্তি এবং প্রযোজ্য কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক ও বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
